Jeff Klein - CEO
Mr. Klein has been in the pest control industry for over two decades. As an Associate Certified Entomologist and a Certified Pest Control Applicator, he heads our operation with both his knowledge and his field experience. Mr. Klein has provided effective residential and commercial pest control solutions using cutting-edge materials and techniques. After noting the increase in bed bug infestations in the past decade, he has strived to find the most effective bed bug eradication methods for A3 Superior clients.
Lottie Jones - General Manager
Lottie has been with our company for numerous years, and has worked her way to General Manager of operations for all three of our companies. She joined our family with prior experience in both office and service team management, as well as a background in accounting.
| Peter Kennedy - Thermal Manager
As the field and staff manager for our thermal remediation division, ThermaFume, Peter completes estimates and inspections, as well as supervising over jobs. He is a member of one of our NESDCA Certified bed bug detection canine teams.

Peter Rothman - Service Manager
As our Service Manager, Peter oversees the pest control operations out of NYC. He has over a decade of experience in pest control, and has worked his way up from his original position as one of our technicians. Peter is a Certified Pest Control Applicator.
